(Dallas, TX) — An annual Forbes study says the Dallas Cowboys are the world’s most valuable sports team, worth a cool five-billion-dollars.

It’s the fourth year in a row that the Cowboys have topped the list.  The defending NFC East champs generate twice as much revenue than any other team in any other sport.  The money rolls in from sponsorships and from ticket sales at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The New York Yankees are second on the list, up from fifth last year.
