(Austin, TX) — Texas Governor Greg Abbott says action must be taken about e-scooters, since dash-cam video surfaced showing a man riding one in rush-hour traffic on a Dallas freeway.

San Antonio and Dallas both prohibit riders from using the scooters in certain areas.  Riding a scooter on an interstate or other highway is already illegal.  In Dallas, scooters can’t be driven on sidewalks or outside the downtown area.
