(Fort Worth, Tx) – A man was arrested moments after he robbed a bank in downtown Fort Worth.
It so happens the bank was right across the street from the East Fort Worth patrol division. Police say they got the call just before 1:00 Monday afternoon that the Bank of America on East Lancaster Avenue was being held up. The man had walked in, gave the teller a note demanding money and then as he walked out of the bank was arrested.
Fort Worth police say the man did not have a weapon and no one was hurt. The suspect has not yet been identified.
