(Frisco, TX)  —  TMZ reported the Cowboys and Ezekiel Elliott are being sued 20 million dollars in damages stemming from a January 2017 car accident.

Ronnie Hill, the driver in the other car, claims he suffered “serious and permanent” injuries in the wreck, which occurred in Frisco four days before the Cowboys played the Packers in a playoff game.  The lawsuit claims the Cowboys conspired with police to cover up the accident.

The Frisco Police Department released a statement denying the allegations.  The police said both parties were offered medical attention and both refused.
