Arlington PD Hometown Recruiting Program Has First Cadet

(Arlington, TX) — The Arlington Police Department’s high school recruiting program now has a college graduate enrolling in the department’s academy.

Trevor Meads was one of the first high schoolers to participate in the Hometown Recruiting Program when it had its first class in 2015. Meads worked for campus security at Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma while attending college there. Meads is now back in Arlington to enroll in the police academy.
