(Granbury, Tx) – A Hood County man has been charged with beating his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter, leaving multiple bruises over her body.

Investigators arrested 23-year-old Jake Arron Watson for injury to a child late last week.  Watson is currently free on a $15,000 bond.  Sheriff Roger Deeds tells the Hood County News, “The safety and well-being of children in Hood County are our number one priority at the Hood County Sheriff’s Office.”
