Waxahachie Boy And Mom Found Dead After AMBER Alert

(Waxahachie, TX) — Police are investigating the deaths of a mother and her six-year-old son who were the object of an AMBER Alert on Friday.

Ollie Wiedemann and 46-year-old Candace Harbin were both found dead inside her minivan in a parking garage in Waxahachie. The boy’s father, who had sole custody, had reported him missing on Friday when he didn’t show up for school.

The cause of death for the two has not yet been released.
