(Stephenville, Tx) – A Stephenville man has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, following the victim’s outcry made to police last month.

According to the Stephenville Empire Tribune, 38-year-old Brandon Lee was arrested over the weekend at the Erath County Jail where he turned himself in to authorities.  Stephenville Police have not released details about the arrest citing the ongoing investigation and sensitivity of the case.  Police did say the victim was younger than 14 when the allegations took place.

Lee was released from the Erath County Jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
