(Justin, TX) —  A North Texas veteran’s home is being completely remodeled after a neighbor decided to help him clean up his yard.

Richard Cropper, an Army vet in Justin, approached his neighbor Blake Moore when he needed a jump for his car.  Before long they started talking about the piles of debris in Cropper’s yard and the run-down condition of his home on Faith Court.  Moore asked on social media if anybody had a trailer he could borrow, and one thing led to another.

Volunteers have replaced the drywall and insulation, and next they’ll do the painting and plumbing, followed by furnishing Cropper’s house.
