Woman Arrested For DWI After Running Into Fort Worth Police Car

(Fort Worth, TX)  —  A 20-year-old woman is charged with DWI after an accident in which she reportedly hit a Fort Worth police car.

Officers were working the scene of a crash on I-35W near Alliance Airport early Saturday morning when they say Alicia Garcia drove past road flares and ran into a patrol car.  The officer wasn’t in the car at the time and wasn’t hurt.

Police say Garcia appeared to be intoxicated.  She was arrested on a charge of DWI.
