(Undated) — Texas voters passed all but one of the ten proposed amendments to the state Constitution on Tuesday’s ballot.
Proposition 4, which would make it harder to impose a state income tax, had the support of 77-percent of voters. Prop 10, which allows retiring K9s and police horses to be adopted by their handlers, won a whopping 94-percent of voter support.
The one failed proposal was Prop 1, which would have allowed elected municipal judges to serve more than one city at a time.
