Ellie Goulding Will Perform At Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Game

(Arlington, TX) —  Ellie Goulding will perform in the halftime show at the Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Day game after all.

The game marks the start of the Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle donation drive.  Goulding’s fans criticized her, claiming the charity is anti-LGBTQ.  She then tried to make her performance conditional upon a large donation to the LGBTQ community by the Salvation Army.

Goulding was reminded that if she pulled out, she’d be sued for breach of contract.  The charity announced Wednesday that the show is on.
