(College Station, TX) — A statue of President George H.W. Bush’s service dog is now on display at the late president’s library in College Station.
The nonprofit America’s VetDogs commissioned sculptor Susan Bahary to create the lifelike piece, which was unveiled on Monday. The life-size bronze sculpture depicts Sully holding his leash in his mouth.
VetDogs also selected and trained Sully to serve Mr. Bush from 2018 until his death last year.
