(Dallas, TX) — A man is under arrest after riding an injured horse on a downtown Dallas highway while drunk.

Police say the man was riding in and out of traffic.  He was picked up for public intoxication, and the horse is now being cared for at Becky’s Hope Horse Rescue in Frisco.  The horse had an infected injury on its leg.  It’s not known how the horse got hurt.
