Porch Pirates Arrested, Police Deliver Packages

(Dallas, TX) — Two suspected “porch pirates” are under arrest after one of the victims reportedly saw them in action and called police.

A man called 911 last week after he saw a thief swipe a package off the porch of his Dallas home. The man stayed on the line and followed the suspects at a distance as they stole packages from more homes. Police arrived and arrested 33-year-old Amanda Brown and 29-year-old Hassan Suileman, who reportedly had more than a dozen parcels in their car.

Officers delivered the packages to the nine homes they’d been stolen from.
