Census Bureau Hiring In North Texas

(Dallas, TX) — The Census Bureau is hiring in North Texas.

A Census spokesman says an accurate count is needed to ensure proper representation in Congress, as well as federal funding for transportation, schools, parks, and other priorities. The Census needs to hire more than 77,000 census takers in the DFW area.

They’re interested in hiring in all areas, because census takers work most effectively in their own neighborhoods.
