(Stephenville, TX) – An Erath County grand jury has indicted a man accused of stabbing a father of four to death.

Juan Jose Nunez-Vallejo is charged with the murder of 42-year-old Eleno Lopez Trejo outside of a home in Erath County on November 4th.  Both men worked at dairies in the Stephenville area.  Nunez-Vallejo is being held at the Erath County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

The jail website also shows Nenez-Vallejo is on an immigration hold.
