Fans Check Out Nearly Complete Globe Life Field in Arlington

(Arlington, TX) — Construction of the Texas Rangers’ new home field is reported to be about 90 percent complete, and fans have already had a chance to check it out.

Globe Life Field in Arlington had an open house on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Rangers players and coaches were available for autographs next door at Texas Live. Crews installed the Globe Life Field sign on Friday.

The new stadium’s first event is a Chris Stapleton concert scheduled for March 14th. The Rangers host the St. Louis Cardinals for an exhibition game on March 23rd.
