(Fort Worth, Tx) – Puppies and dogs from the Fort Worth Animal Shelter will be playing in the NBC 5 Dog and Puppy Bowl Friday morning.

The puppies will be racing to the finish line, each representing either the Kansas City Chiefs or the San Francisco 49ers. The Doggie Bowl will follow the Puppy Bowl.  More importantly, all of the animals will be waiting to be adopted.  All the dogs featured in the bowl game are adoptable and waiting for their own family.

In fact, adoption fees have been reduced to $10 for all pets at any of the shelter’s three adoption locations.
