(Granbury, Tx) – The wreckage of a deadly plane crash was discovered Sunday morning on Black Ranch northwest of Granbury.

According to the Hood County News, the body of a man was found inside the single-engine plane.  The DPS says the wreckage was found by a passerby on one of the ranch roads.  Investigators believe the crash actually happened on Saturday because that’s when the pilot reportedly filed a flight plan from Mineral Wells to Granbury.

No word yet on the victim’s identity.
