(Fort Worth, TX) — An animal rescue group in Fort Worth says a dog is back with his family after he went missing 14 years ago.
Fort Worth Animal Care and Control found a stray Yorkie that had been microchipped two weeks ago. They handed him over to their nonprofit partner, Saving Hope Rescue. Volunteers found the owners of the dog, who said Remington had been stolen as a puppy.
Aaron Webster and his son drove from Houston to Fort Worth last weekend to retrieve their pooch.
