(Aledo, Tx) – Aledo High School Principal Dan Peterson has announced his intent to retire at the end of this school year.

Peterson has spent the last 12 of his 35 year career in education, with the Aledo ISD.  Hired by the district in 2008, Peterson first served as principal at Aledo Middle School.  Then in 2010 he moved up to his current position as Aledo High School Principal.
