(Burleson, Tx) – Burleson Police are on the hunt for a man that robbed the Wells Fargo Bank on E. Renfro St., Tuesday afternoon.

According to reports, the man entered the bank about 5pm, walked up to the teller, displayed a handgun then laid a note on the counter.  The suspect was seen leaving the bank in an older white Honda Civic with a paper tag.  The man is described as black, about 6 feet tall with a muscular build, goatee and dreadlocks.  Police say he may have been wearing a wig.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts or the robbery to call the Burleson Police Department.  Johnson County Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward for information leading to an arrest.
