(Weatherford, Tx) – The Texas Pythian Home in Weatherford held a groundbreaking ceremony this week on a new Family Care Program Center, open sometime next year.

The Knights of Pythias started the Pythian Home 111 years ago in 1909, as a home for widows and orphans of the fraternal orders’ members.  The new center will house eight single mothers and their children.
