(Fort Worth, Tx) – Fort Worth Firefighters were called out for a high water rescue in Northeast Tarrant County, as heavy rains pounded the area early this morning.

Around 7am, the Fire department posted on Twitter that they had just completed the rescue of 5 people trapped in high water at Trinity Blvd and Precinct Line Rd.  The intersection was closed in both directions due to high water.
