(Stephenville, Tx) – Erath County Judge Alfonso Campos has issued a disaster declaration effective Thursday, March 19th through Thursday, March 26th.

The declaration limits the size of gatherings to not more than 10 people and mandates the cancellation of all gatherings of more than 10 people until further notice.  Restaurant may only provide take out, curb-side, delivery or drive-through services.

Anyone knowingly or intentionally violating the declaration can receive a fine of up to $2,000 or up to 180 days in jail.
