Four Former North Texas Campaign Workers Sue Bloomberg

(Fort Worth, TX) — Four former campaign workers from North Texas are suing Michael Bloomberg for fraud.

In lawsuits filed Monday in Tarrant County, the plaintiffs claimed the former Democratic presidential candidate reneged on a promise to pay his campaign workers through the November election. The suit claims Bloomberg vowed to employ them through the fall election even if he dropped out of the race, which he did earlier this month. Three of the former workers are from Tarrant County, and one is from Parker County.

They each seek $42,000 in wages, plus lost health insurance benefits.
