Fort Worth ISD Schools Closed TFN

(Fort Worth, TX) — Fort Worth ISD officials say all schools in the district will be closed until further notice.

The district had previously extended spring break by a week, and then canceled classes through April 3rd. But now Superintendent Dr. Kent Scribner says schools are shut down until officials believe it’s safe to bring the students back, whenever that may be.

A district spokesman says the schools will be closed at least until May 15th, but it may be longer depending on orders from Tarrant County.
