Rangers Outfielder Choo Handing Out Money To Minor Leaguers

(Arlington, TX) — Shin-Soo Choo of the Texas Rangers is giving a boost to his baseball organization’s minor leaguers.

The outfielder is giving one-thousand dollars each to 191 players in the Rangers system. The gift will help the players with finances during baseball’s shutdown because of the coronavirus.

Major League Baseball announced earlier this week they will pay minor leaguers 400-dollars a week through the end of May.
