(Mineral Wells, Tx) – The Palo Pinto County Livestock Association has decided to postpone their 83rd Annual Rodeo amid the current Coronavirus health concerns.
This year’s rodeo was originally scheduled for May 7-9th but will now take place on September 17-19th. Many PRCA rodeo events around the country have been cancelled or postponed. Palo Pinto County Rodeo Chairman Scott Fenner tells the Mineral Wells Index “Though the dates may have changed, we are excited to announce that we will be a qualifying event for the 2021 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.”
Palo Pinto County currently has four positive cases of Covid-19, with no deaths.
