(Fort Worth, TX) — Former American League MVP and Texas Ranger slugger, Josh Hamilton has been indicted on a felony charge on one count of injury to a child by a Tarrant County grand jury.
The 38-year-old five-time All-Star turned himself in last fall after being accused of hitting his daughter. If convicted, Hamilton faces two to 10 years in prison. No trial date has been set.
Hamilton was inducted into the Rangers Hall of Fame last year.
