(Granbury, Tx) – The number of Hood County residents who’ve tested positive for COVID-19 is now 13, according to health officials.

The newest case was believed to be transmitted through a family member.  Three residents have now recovered from the illness, with only one death.

Four people are believed to have contracted the highly contagious virus from travel, four from work contacts in the DFW area and four contracted the virus from infected family members.
