Arlington ISD Graduations To Take Place At AT&T Stadium

(Arlington, TX) — In a change of plans, graduation ceremonies for the Arlington ISD will be held at AT&T Stadium.

Last week, Arlington ISD officials said the ceremonies would happen at UT Arlington in July, but the university changed its mind about that arrangement out of safety concerns. The district says the Gene and Jerry Jones Foundation offered the use of the stadium for the ceremonies in June.

AT&T Stadium’s convertible roof makes it, in effect, an outdoor venue, in compliance with state guidelines. Social distancing will also be observed.
