North Texas Water Parks Reopen

(Undated) — Families have begun visiting North Texas waterparks as some have opened their doors.

Hawaiian Falls in Mansfield and Roanoke and Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark in Grand Prairie opened Friday after Gov. Greg Abbott gave waterparks the OK to open at 25-percent capacity. Hawaiian Falls plans to give season passes to more than four-thousand health care workers, and offer their family members discounted season passes.

The CDC says there’s no evidence that the coronavirus can pass through water, especially if it’s chlorinated.
