Rangers Picking 14th In MLB Draft Beginning Today

(Arlington, TX) — The Rangers have the 14th overall pick in the MLB two-day, abbreviated five-round draft that begins today.

The Rangers next pick is 50th overall in the second round. Texas finished 78-and-84 in 2019. Texas A&M left-hander Asa Lacy and Baylor shortstop Nick Lofton are projected to be first-round picks.
