(Arlington, TX)  —  Texas Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo is in limbo following a negative test for coronavirus.

His agent tells The Dallas Morning News the negative test came from a private Dallas laboratory.  Gallo has tested positive twice in the MLB-sanctioned lab, along with a second negative test, in the past ten days.  A fifth test is pending and Gallo has not been around the club.

The season is set to begin July 24th.
