AMC Theatres To Start Reopening Next Week

(Undated) — AMC Theatres plans to start reopening some of its locations next Thursday.

The theater chain’s web site lists more than 400 of its 630 locations that will reopen in August and September. Theaters closed in March because of the coronavirus pandemic, and AMC says it will reopen with precautions in place, including capacity limits and mask mandates for its employees. Reopening day tickets will cost 15-cents, the same as when AMC opened its first theater in 1920.

AMC has numerous locations in North Texas, including – Burleson, Fort Worth, Arlington, Grapevine, Dallas, Irving and Wichita Falls.
