American Airlines, Delta Drop Change Fees

(Fort Worth, TX) — American Airlines and Delta Airlines are doing as United did and dropping most change fees.

Fort Worth-based American will actually give customers credit if they decide to switch to a cheaper flight. Both airlines are also offering free standby for people who want to fly to the same destination at a different time of day.

Officials with American and Delta say the idea is to get more passengers in the air again.
