Fort Worth Mayor Gets Flu Shot, Says Everybody Should

(Fort Worth, TX) — Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price is leading by example in encouraging city residents to get a flu shot.

The mayor got her flu shot on Thursday as part of an effort to raise public awareness about health matters.

The Tarrant County Health Department is concerned that a bad flu season together with the coronavirus pandemic could further strain local hospital resources.
