(Fort Worth, TX)  —  A suspect faces charges in the shooting of Watauga police officer.

A Tarrant County grand jury indicted 36-year-old Brian Moody for attempted capital murder of a police officer, two counts of aggravated assault of a peace officer, and evading police.  In June, two officers pulled Moody over and found he was in a stolen car.  When he took off, he reportedly ran over one officer’s foot, and shot and wounded the other officer after a foot chase.

The grand jury also indicted 31-year-old Latoria Iverson for tampering with evidence.
