(Denton, TX)  —  University of North Texas assistant football coach Tate Wallis is out on bond after his arrest on Thursday for a pair of improper relationships.

UNT hired Wallis as its quarterbacks coach in January of this year.  Last year he was the offensive coordinator for Argyle High School, where his crimes were reportedly committed in October and December.  Wallis faces two counts of improper relationship with a student and an educator.

UNT has put Wallis on administrative leave and barred him from campus.
