(Godley, Tx) – Godley ISD has made the decision that online students who are currently failing must return to campus for in person class for the second nine weeks that begins October 20th.
Godley Superintendent, Rich Dear made the announcement Wednesday in a letter saying individual campus administrators will contact the parents or guardians of students who need to make the switch back to in person classes. The district adds that virtual students who are passing their classes can continue to stay home.
Godley ISD says by following protocols put in place before the start of the school year, only one student has tested positive for Covid-19.
