(Bridgeport, Tx) – Bridgeport’s homecoming game tonight against Ferris has been canceled, Bridgeport ISD confirmed late Thursday afternoon.

The district announced the decision around 4 p.m. on its social media accounts. BISD did not provide a reason for the sudden change.

The Wise County Messenger reports that Bridgeport district officials have not responded to requests for comment.
