$1M Bond For Suspect In Murder In Burning House

(Celina, TX) — A man accused of a murder in the North Texas town of Celina is in jail and being held on a million-dollar bond.

Police say 31-year-old Jeremy Harris is charged with killing 60-year-old Blair Carter. On Wednesday morning, fire crews found Carter’s body inside a burning home. Witnesses told police Harris was inside the house before firefighters arrived.

A manhunt resulted, during which Celina ISD schools were on lockdown until Harris was caught.
