North Texas Town Dedicates Monument For Gold Star Families

(Keller, TX) — The North Texas town of Keller now has a monument dedicated to Gold Star Families, those who have lost a relative in military service.

The monument was unveiled on Sunday outside Keller Town Hall. Mayor Pat McGrail attended the dedication, along with Medal of Honor recipient Matthew Williams.

The monument features four pillars representing homeland, family, patriotism, and sacrifice, as well as a battlefield cross.
