NWS: EF 2 Tornado Hit North Texas

(Arlington, TX)  —  The National Weather Service believes an EF 2 tornado hit North Texas last night.

A meteorologist says evidence on the ground suggests there were 115-mile-per-hour winds in Arlington causing major damage to several apartment complexes.  Arlington firefighters say a church and a house were also damaged.

No serious injuries were reported.
