Texas Health Resources Postpones Nonessential Surgeries Because Of Virus

(Arlington, TX) — Pandemic-related overcrowding is forcing policy changes at Texas Health Resources.

As of Thursday, the nonprofit hospital system will postpone all elective and nonessential surgeries and procedures. The policy will apply to all hospitals that are wholly owned by Texas Health.

Anybody who has a scheduled medical procedure is urged to contact the doctor.
