(Granbury, Tx) – Starting next Tuesday, January 12th, the first day of the spring semester, Granbury ISD is requiring remote learners who have a class average below 70 in any core subject to return to face-to-face learning.
Also, effective January 12th, all students who participate in extracurricular activities must also return to on-campus instruction. The district says the decision was made out of an abundance of caution because multiple cases of remote learners testing positive for COVID-19 have exposed on-campus students through close contact.
Additionally, Granbury schools will require all students to return to the classrooms beginning February 22nd for the start of the 5th six weeks.
