(Granbury, Tx) – It was a close call late last night when fire rolled through a Granbury equine hospital.
A video posted on Facebook by Hood County Today shows several Volunteer Fire Departments responding to a fire at Peak Performance Equine Hospital. The hospital says the fire started in the office building and that the staff was able to evacuate over a dozen horses from the barn next door. They posted on Facebook that all the animals are safe.
Peak Performance is located next to the Mesquite Ridge Small Animal Hospital on Hwy. 377 West of downtown Granbury. Mesquite Ridge said they were not affected by the fire.
