Singer BJ Thomas Diagnosed With Stage-Four Lung Cancer

(Undated) — Five-time Grammy award winner and Grammy Hall of Fame inductee BJ Thomas is battling stage-four lung cancer.

The 78-year-old singer, who is being treated at a health care facility in Texas, revealed the diagnosis publicly on his Facebook page on Tuesday. The Oklahoma native grew up in the Houston area.

Thomas is known for “Hooked on a Feeling,” “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head,” and “Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song.”
